It's been far too long! For several months I've been contemplating the importance of keeping a journal. I have written some entries in notebooks, but that isn't working. I've decided to blog so that I can record the moments of daily life.
The Lord has blessed my family more than we probably deserve. I am so grateful for all that he has done and continues to do to provide for us. He has seen fit help us sell our home and fine a new one that better meets the needs of our family. We have now been in the new house for a little over 9 months. There were many trials that we endured before it happened but we grew so much from those trials.
The girls are growing so fast. I can't believe that Sarah will be in high school. She is growing into an amazing young woman. Hannah has now experienced her first girls camp and is now in braces. Leah will be in 2nd grade and everyday is maturing. Bekah will be in 1st grade and growing so fast. Little miss Cami is already 3 and has finally settled back in nursery at church.
In the last few days Leah has really put forth a lot of effort to help around the house. Tonight as I had a sweet conversation with her. She asked me if I knew why she was doing so much to help. When I asked why she told me that she will be 8 soon. She explained that when she is 8 she will need to be more grown up and have more responsibility. She has decided to start practicing now so that it won't be such a tough transition! I truly love my girls and can't imagine life without all of them.
